I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were spacious with a very tall ceiling, but they felt a bit dingy and noisy due to the lack of proper curtains. The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to assist us, although the smoking outside the hotel was a minor drawback. The location was convenient for exploring on foot, and the dining options, while slow, were enjoyable. The facilities were decent, but there were a few hiccups along the way.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The rooms were fantastic, clean, and well-equipped with a balcony and a stunning Caldera view. The service was top-notch with very friendly and helpful employees.
